A prima ballerina gets stuck in a one-day time loop including the night of one of her biggest performances. Forced to reevaluate this specific day over and over, she is forced into closeness with a fellow ballerina as the world starts to get smaller and disappear, threatening to make her disappear, too. My thesis film, "The Olympians", is a two-minute short film with a voiceover of a spoken-word poem written and performed by me. It's about disco music, sexuality, gender, and Greek myths following me to the modern day.
